The Pet Tailor Hours Monday through Saturday 11 Am to 6 Pm Sunday 4 to 5 PM Because this is also our Home, we ask everyone to have an appointment before coming.  This also helps us give better service to everyone by scheduling arrivals and departures at separate times.  Sorry we do not welcome walk-ins. Sunday is our day of rest. Naturally the pets that are staying with us get their usual care but opening up the office is another story.  Honestly we would not be open at all on Sunday except we realize how helpful it is for families to be able to pick up their pets before going back to work on Monday.   Our Office is closed on Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day for check-in or check-outs but we do continue to care for the pets that are visiting with us. Exceptions to regular hours? We remain flexible and try to adjust our hours for your convenience whenever possible. Extending our hours in the evening is easier than opening the office earlier in the morning because we always give first priority to the Pets that are here. We do not feel it is right to break their morning routine. We set a rate of $50.00 for those who want us to start earlier and adjust our morning schedule to fit their needs. The machine may have messed up or we may not know there was a message. Your emergency calls are welcome at any time. Sunday is our day of rest so please only call between 4 PM to 5 PM if you have your Pets scheduled for that Sunday.
